The Rogue MILO is a next-generation smart screen designed to integrate seamlessly into your rack or training space. Built for athletes, coaches, and home gym owners, MILO combines Rogue’s proven equipment with a digital performance tool, bringing connectivity, entertainment, and training analytics together in one durable, purpose-built display.

Designed to mount directly within a Rogue Monster or Monster Lite rack or to any standard wall mount, the MILO turns your gym into a connected training hub. With integrated Rogue Move and Rogue Timer functionality, it delivers on-screen coaching, movement tracking, and precision timing without the need for multiple devices or cluttered setups.

MILO 32"

MILO 43"

• 43" 4K LED display delivers Ultra-High-Definition visuals
• 3 way system with stereo ¾” tweeters, stereo 3” midrange drivers with passive radiators and a single 4” subwoofer with a large internal enclosure and a 4” passive radiator for extended bass response. 50 Hz-20,000 Hz frequency response +/- 3 dB with usable output down to 40 Hz. This offers deep, dynamic sound not available in normal TVs.

Integration and Compatibility

The MILO is compatible with dedicated Rogue crossmembers for direct integration into Monster and Monster Lite racks, ensuring a clean, functional setup. Both versions also support standard 400x200 mm VESA wall mounts, giving users the flexibility to position their screen anywhere in their training space.

Powered by an advanced smart TV processor, the MILO supports native use of common apps including Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, and YouTube, allowing users to split the screen between entertainment and fitness, streaming a show while following a Rogue Move workout or monitoring live training metrics.

For expanded audio setups, both models can connect to external speaker systems, and external media sources such as Apple TV can be connected directly through the available ports.

Native Rogue Software

Every MILO comes equipped with Rogue software, including full integration of Rogue Move for guided training sessions, Rogue Echo Machine workout tracking, full workout logging and performance history, and Rogue Move eBook integration. The built-in Rogue Timer provides precision for interval, EMOM, and countdown training. The result is a streamlined digital ecosystem that enhances focus, simplifies tracking, and supports every stage of training from warm-up to recovery.

With its integrated camera and microphone, MILO also lays the groundwork for future performance technologies including rep counting, automatic workout logging, and remote coaching via video conferencing. Each future update expands the system’s capabilities, turning MILO into a hub for training, communication, and entertainment.

Beyond performance, MILO lets you make your space your own. Use the display as a custom nameplate, showcasing your logo, team name, or gym branding, creating a personalized training space.
