Great addition for my DIY cable system
I just setup my cable system using 3 of these shackles. Bought 2 separate cables, 8ft and a 13ft and closed the loop enough to string through my pulleys for ease of changeover. I use a loading pin for the weights and will need to build a landing platform later to protect the rack. The short cable for lat pull-down or other attachments using the upper heights. The longer cable use for low rows, legs, curls or whatever else i can find to attach.
This was my only option as the rack lat machine would not fit my ceiling height not to mention the cost savings cant be overlooked.

Great addition to our equipment
We use this to do a lot of pull up work. My wife and kids like to hang straps on it for extra variety.

Very sturdy - perfect for pully system
I purchased this shackle to place in the middle of back rack's back front post for use with my spud pully. Works perfectly for its intended use.

Used the Monster Shackle to hang my heavy bag
I used the Rogue Monster Shackle to hang my Everlast heavy bag on my Rogue RM-6 Power Rack. Working really well so far, and provides me a great cardio workout.

A robust addition to my home gym
I bought the shackle to vary the attachment angles for my Spud Inc. pulley system, but it can also be used for bands, chains, grip work suspension, etc. This thing is monstrous, in the spirit of my RM3 monster rack, and it looks good too, adding a functional, suave complexity. And it's priced well considering its heft and imposing appearance. Buy it!
