The Rogue Oly Ohio Lifting Belt is designed specifically for Olympic lifting, combining firm support with a tapered profile that reduces bulk where it matters. Built from the same 10mm vegetable-tanned American leather as the standard Ohio Belt, it delivers consistent stability while allowing for the mobility required in dynamic lifts.
TAPERED DESIGN
This belt measures 4” across the back for full core support, tapering to 2” along the front and sides. The reduced width in the front helps minimize interference with the bar during the snatch and clean and jerk, while also improving comfort in the receiving position. The 10mm thickness provides a firm, supportive feel, and the vegetable-tanned leather develops a darker, broken-in patina over time.
