Consider myself average ability. Got this rope several months ago and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Great spin, easy to re-size, and fairly durable. I have had some scuffing on my concrete driveway, but overall it has held up perfectly. Recommend this for both price and quality. Great Rogue product as usual.

Great Rope
After finally learning How to do DU's at my gym I decided to get my own rope. Instant improvement with this. Before I was able to do 25-30 unbroken DU's. WIth this rope I can go till I get cant jump anymore. It is smooth, quick, and easy to control making DU's easier than ever.

Good but not great
I've used Ultra Speed ropes and SR-1, this rope is good but for a few extra bucks the SR-1 is superior to it and the better purchase.
