Acumobility Mobility Ball

The ACUMOBILITY Ball’s patent-pending design deviates from standard trigger point rollers and mobility balls by including a flat, stabilizing base. This allows the dynamic flexion ball to stay in constant contact with a trigger point as you go through your natural range of motion . . . with no more worrying about the ball rolling out from under you.

There are 2 different levels of ACUMOBILITY Ball to choose from:

Level 1: This model is great for athletes of any and all experience levels. It’s made from a puncture-resistant, 15 durometer silicone material, and can be used safely on any flat surface for stability work and trigger point release, from the neck to the feet. You can set up two ACUMOBILITY Balls with the flat end up for balance training or right side up for lateral compression work (the spacing is perfect for rolling along the spine). You can also grip the flat side of a Level 1 ACUMOBILITY Ball and roll the rounded end over trouble spots like a self-massager. Sold in Packs of 2.

Level 2: Made from a very dense, 35 durometer silicone material, this model is more than twice as firm as the Level 1 Ball. Not for beginners, the Level 2 ACUMOBILITY Ball is intended for intense myofascial release and deep trigger point mobility work. While not recommended for stability exercises, the Level 2 ball can be used safely on any flat surface or manipulated by hand, working trigger points from the neck to the feet. Two balls can also be utilized for high-intensity lateral compression work. Sold in Packs of 2.

Regular use of these innovative mobility tools can help improve an athlete’s flexibility and stability while reducing common muscle soreness and the risk of more serious injuries. ACUMOBILITY Balls can even be stored in a freezer and used as a cool therapy device.

Worst customer Service
Ordered Acumobility Level 2 only to receive a used and dirty Acumobility level 1. Box was trashed and there were marks and dirt all over the one I received. Tried to get a replacement only to be told they're sold out. Worst company.

We sincerely apologize you received the incorrect item and that it was damaged in transit. After a thorough review, we do not have the inventory to send the Acumobility Level 2 balls. We immediately issued a full refund.

Flat base better on wall.
I am constantly rolling my tight glutes against a wall with a Lacrosse ball. When I do this in my kitchen I hear the plaster wall crack and crunch. Now I use the Acumobility ball instead because the flat base is safe for the wall surface. Also it does not roll away and fall on the floor.
