Amazing for price point!
I had been using a piece of junk plastic jump rope to try to master double-unders, and it just wasn't cutting it. After a little bit a research I happened upon this product. To be honest, when I first got it, I thought I messed up and didn't order the right size. It wasn't until I talked with a friend of mine that I realized I needed to cut it to length and then recap it. You will need to use wire cutters to do this, and make sure you save the little black piece on the end. After sizing properly and recapping it, it is an amazing product! I Highly recommend this jump rope for any new comer to the crossfit world or to learning double-unders.

Fastest, smoothest I have used yet!
I bought this rope a couple months ago. Only about 4 or 5 months ago I achieved stringing my dubs together, and then I began doing dubs all the time. With the base model SR-1, I was lucky to get 69 or 70 together after I gained my proficiency. When I got the Froning rope, I immediately tested it, got 98 in the morning. Then after a 12 minute AMRAP (and with the associated fatigue), I strung together 102. A few days later, 107. All with this rope. When I go back to any other model, I am back to pushing the 60's, but no more than that. Definitely worth it!

Love this rope!
I just received my SR-1F rope last week, and I love it! I have tried many ropes including the SR-1 long and short handle ropes, RPM and Buddy Lee. My favorite until now was the SR-1 long handle rope. I was able to string 30-50 DUs with it. The first time I tried the Froning model, I hit 70 DUs. It is very smooth, feels great in your hands and somehow is quiet compared to the SR-1. It doesn't make much sound when hitting the mat. It's hard to believe there is so much difference between this rope and the SR-1, but there is. This will be my go to rope for a long time.

AMAZING ROPE
I bought this rope like 1 year ago, and it's amazing. I was starting to do the DU's before getting this product but after I got this rope I totally nailed it. Great quality and very good looking. As I said, after 1 year it still working as the day I got it.

Top Notch Rope
I am terrible at double unders. I could only get up to about 5 or 6 before the rope I was using would bind up or twist funny. After being frustrated for a while I bought this. First day using it I was getting 9-10 fairly easy and had a few in the teens. The weight and swinging was a little different form what I was used to, but I could start to feel the timing a lot better, very consistent. Love this rope.

Heavier than Spealler
I have been using The Spealler speed rope for couple years, and I wanted to give this rope a try. Handles are heavy compared to Spealler rope, handles are a bit slower. Overall great rope just not for me. My forearms were sore after using this rope. Never had that issue with Spealler rope. This will be my second choice rope.

Best bang for your buck
Read the reviews of people going from singles to DUB's after using this rope and was a bit skeptical at first, but after using the rope and now becoming one of those people I can say it is true! Use to string together two maybe three DUB's if I was lucky, now after using this rope the sky is the limit. Very light smooth rope. Top notch quality. Extremely happy with this purchase.
