Rogue 4" Nylon Weightlifting Belt

Rogue's 4" Nylon Weightlifting Belt is an affordable, dependable option for athletes of any size and skill level. Much thinner and lighter than a traditional leather weightlifting belt, our Nylon Belt still provides firm, stable support of the abdomen and lower back—helping you get the most out of your squats, deadlifts, hang cleans, etc.

The 4" Nylon Weightlifting Belt is also ideal for easy transitions from light to heavy lifting movements, with a quick-adjust steel tensioning buckle and hook-and-loop fastening system.

Important: Choosing the right size belt is critical to its effectiveness in your workout. Use our sizing chart below to determine which size Rogue Nylon Belt is right for you.

  • 4" Nylon Belt (10.6CM) with 2" Support Strap (5.08CM)
  • Hook-and-Loop Fastening System for Custom, Secure Fit

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent belt for the price! Got this several weeks ago and have been VERY pleased with it. Mainly use it on squats and deadlifts and it is very functional. For the price, you really can't beat it. My only minor, nitpicky complaint is that I thought it would be a while before the belt started to form to my body and bend and stretch (it is kind of in a "U" shape now). After the first two weeks, I noticed the nylon was not as stiff, and I like really stiff belts for heavy lifts. Again this is a very minor complaint, but I will probably still get the leather version in the near future as that one will probably hold its form better and stay stiff. Overall though, this is truly another GREAT Rogue product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't be beat at this price Another Rogue Gem! This belt is great quality and feels nice and secure. As to sizing, if you are on the higher end of the sizing chart (sort of in between sizes) go with the larger belt. But sizing is accurate. Some are saying that the sizes are off and they are not. You DO NOT go by waist size when sizing for a weight belt. It doesn't go on your waist! Measure for sizing around your belly. Use your bellybutton as the middle point. You will get a right fit!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality for price! just worn the belt for the first week after receiving. Def good quality for the price. Sizing: I was right in between M and L in the sizing chart. If had to do it over again, I would have gone M instead of L. I really strap the belt in tight for sets and have a lot of extra strapping hanging over with the Large. Just my 2cents.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic belt I wanted to try a Velcro lifting belt, since it's a heck of lot easier to maneuver compared to a single prong buckle (I also have the Echo 10mm). Very happy with my purchase. Great support and super economical ++

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Quality- Sizing is Off I measured 27" which is the highest measurement for XS, but decided to go with the small (26"-32") after reading the reviews that suggested to size up. When I have the small on there is only 1/2" of the Velcro that is actually connected. I'm exchanging this for an extra small. I'm excited to get the smaller size and try it out! The quality seems great for the price!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rogue Quality what more can you say! I have had this belt for about 4 months now and I am still very happy with it, the purpose of buying this belt was to easily switch on and off during wods which it is perfect at! I've deadlifted 500+ and squatted 400+ in this belt my only complaint is that the edges do warp but do supply sufficient support to lift in. Going to try the thicker version hoping to get a little less warping and more support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice belt for the money I've been borrowing my friend's Ohio belt and love it, but wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much on my own belt yet. So, I got this and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. As far as sizing--just order true to size. After reading one review on here, I ordered a size up and it was too big and had to return.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Belt comes undone during lifts After about nine months of use, the velcro has lost its strength and the belt has been popping open in the middle of lifts. This could be a fluke or due to some kind of error on my part, but it's concerning nevertheless. The belt worked great for the first several months of use. The manufacturer just needs to ensure that the velcro retains its strength.
