The Rogue Calibrated LB Change Plates 2.0 are built for lifters who need exact weight increments to chase new PRs. Available in 10LB, 5LB, 2.5LB, 1.25LB, 0.5LB, and 0.25LB increments, these smaller calibrated plates allow for precise progression without overshooting your target load. Each plate is crafted from ultra-durable ductile cast iron and calibrated to within 0.02LB (10 grams) for competition-level accuracy.

These color-coded plates are designed to integrate seamlessly with our full-size calibrated LB plates. The thin-profile design preserves maximum sleeve space, while bold white lettering and distinct color coding make weight changes fast and simple between attempts.
