The Single Hand Shake Strap from Mark Bell / Sling Shot is made from 2” wide double-ply stretch material with a length of 21.5”. A D-ring at the top enables easy attachment to a cable machine, and the 9” long foam-padded handle provides a firm grip.
The patent pending design uses Sling Shot material that stretches, allowing a greater range of motion compared to standard attachments. The stretch of the material creates a banded feeling for a greater “pump” as you can get deeper in the movements, promoting greater muscle contraction and better core stabilization.
Important: Sling Shot Material can eventually wear over time and should be inspected before each and every use. Use with heavier weights will increase the chance of wear.
