Ab Amigo Mini
The Ab Amigo Mini is a smaller, lighter version of the Classic Ab Amigo doorway sit-up bar. Like the original, this portable tool offers a stable, padded foothold for focused abdominal training virtually anywhere. By isolating the workout in your core, it effectively eliminates the need to use momentum in your sit-ups.
The Mini has a reduced overall length (11.5” vs. 17.5”) compared to the Classic, and is constructed from ⅛” thick aluminum instead of steel. This model also removes the wood from the design, with wave-shaped spotter foam mounted directly to the aluminum frame. An additional foam pad on the inside of the bracket helps prevent scuffs or damage to the door it’s being used with.
When positioned correctly, the vertical section of the Ab Amigo Mini bracket forms a snug hold on the front of a securely closed door, anchoring the raised foothold panel into place. The self-correcting design (the bar pulls out from the door when used incorrectly) also ensures better technique / form, leading to greater long-term core-building results.
