Product Description

Developed by Animalhouse Fitness, MonkeyFeet is a patented, ratchet-based shoe attachment uniquely designed to hold a standard dumbbell, up to 160 LBS in weight. This innovation allows athletes to lift DBs with their feet just as they would with their hands, opening up dozens of leg training movements (leg extensions, high knees, hamstring curls, raises, donkey kicks, etc.) without the need of expensive machines.

Sold as singles or as a pair, MonkeyFeet work interchangeably on the left and right foot, and they are equipped to fit most shoe sizes. Each 1.2 LB attachment is constructed from high-end materials and incorporates ratchet technology borrowed from the action sports world, keeping the dumbbell secured below the heel for optimal comfort and freedom of motion. Just fold, clamp, and ratchet to secure the DB, then get your work in. Leg Day can now move from the gym to the park, home, work . . . MonkeyFeet’s portability puts no limits on where you train.

Great idea poor quality product
Used in a small personal training gym for 2 months before clasp failed. Really disappointed since this was marketed as a “great product for busy gyms”

Gets the job done but not great
I've had mine for a little over a year now. You can get a great workout using it the problem comes from getting your foot in and out of it. Whenever I take my foot out of it it just falls off the dumbbell. It wasn't that bad when I first got it, but it got worse as the more I used it. It's annoying having to put it back on every set. If it would lock on to the dumbbell I would give it five stars. All that being said when it's on your foot, it does provide a great workout.

Excellent addition to home gym leg workout
These are great and add some extra exercises to any home gym leg workout. Train hamstrings, hips, glutes etc. Only observation, I need to use these without shoes as the clasp is too small when wearing runners (only a small issue, however I would still recommend).

Monkey Feet
The item was expensive but well worth the price. I was going to purchase it from the US source but they couldn’t promise me I wouldn’t be paying for customs fees which Rogue said they would eat. Thank you.

Great Tool
Bought this to provide more movement options during my recovery from knee surgery. The ability to work hip flexors with weight and do weighted donkey kicks really aided in redo and overcoming asymmetries developed as a result of a long term injury. These are durable, simple, and cost effective. They have my highest recommendation.

Excellent design. Product quality can be better
I love using this. But saw that some parts of the monkey feet are wearing out fast.. like the padding and the rubber which holds the Dumble. I’m satisfied the main product but quality can be improved

Worth it
My hamstring hate me right now. Love the product. Added more routines to my leg day. Only con is that I have to use it without shoes. I wear a 10.5. Other than that must buy.

Monkey Feet? More like Bees Knees!
I bought a pair of monkey feet to use in my gym as a substitute for some of the equipment we don’t have or can’t fit in the space (a leg extension or hamstring curl machine, for instance). They’ve been great in that capacity, but they’re also versatile as hell in a whole bunch of other capacities, and can contribute to workouts in a bunch of different ways. The only downside is the cost, which may prove prohibitive to some people. But for that price you great a very-well made piece of equipment that’s really worthwhile.
