Cable too long
This product comes with a cable that is too long. It can’t be used for a bicep cable curl, for example, while standing directly over or slightly behind the pulley itself. You need to take a few large steps back in order for the cable to become taunt which makes it very awkward. Also, the pulley is too large for the monster lite. It appears to be made for the monster racks as the holes have a very awkward line up to the rack making it not quite secure enough to remain still during use. I have a lot of rogue equipment and this is the only one I do not recommend.

Great product - Slinger, solo pulley
Slinger pulley is a nice add to do some lower cable extension cable work. However, not a super bad thing but the cable that it comes with could be just a little bit shorter, are maybe come with two cable options. This one is definitely made to have the foot plate attachment for low rows, which I don’t have. So I have to sit on the far end of the garage and jimmy a rig to stabilize my feet. Regardless, I have a full gym powered by rogue and I love all your equipment.

ML Solo Pulley
Good product an glad I bought it. Fits the ML rack very tight and does not move. The cable and hardware rub the ML Slinger upright, causing some cosmetic marring. Also wish the cable was a tad shorter, but it works fine and in a small space. It would be very nice if the ML version had a seated row equipped seat lime the Monster version.

Opens up a more movements!
I use this low pulley on my rack along with a high pulley hung off my pull up bar. Works great and now I have more movements such as bicep curls and low rows to keep from getting bored in my workouts.

Works great for a low attachment
I really like it and it works well. I do wish the cables allowed it to move up and down the rig. But still a really good product

Works well
Works as advertised. I would question if the member below has the pulley lined up with the right holes (or if they don’t have the correct rack for this attachment). I initially thought the same thing - that the holes didn’t line up. After some adjustment (up or down), it lined up just fine. I will echo the other review as well that due to cable length, certain exercises are not very practical. Overall - considering the price and build quality, I am very happy to have purchased this item. I knocked off a star due to the cable length limitations.

Disappointed
The holes simply do not match up to my monster lite rack, one pin fits the other isn't even close to lining up and causes a tilted effect , clearly a flaw , I'm sure many will see this and will complain it needs to be replaced and redesigned, back to the drawing board, lots of potential just disappointing after paying for it and waiting a couple of months to have it not even fit rack correctly

Adds versatility with one significant drawback
Nice to be able to add some different exercises to the routine. Unfortunately, there are some limitations due to the cable length of the Monster Lite Slinger. I’m unable to due cable lateral raises past about 45 degrees. This is using the plate load system so the weight stack/ bands may be different. Aesthetically it looks amazing but not worth the $$$ for the upgrade (I originally had the spud pulley system). If the 2” ball stops were adjustable or the Slinger cable length was about a foot longer this would be perfect.
