The Rogue Adjustable Bench 4.0 builds on Rogue's proven adjustable bench platform with added decline capability, premium touchpoints, and enhanced stability for even greater training versatility. Built for flat, incline, and decline training, it features a wider 12" USA-made Textured Foam Pad, knurled aluminum adjustment and transport handles, premium bearing wheels, and a Rogue-branded rubber front foot for improved usability and durability throughout.
Despite its expanded functionality, the Adjustable Bench 4.0 maintains a compact footprint and can be stored vertically when not in use, making it an ideal choice for both home gyms and commercial training spaces.
