Rogue is proud to join forces with one of our favorite nonprofit organizations, K9s For Warriors, to launch an important new campaign for a great cause. For every one of these exclusive MIL Edition Dog Collars sold through Rogue Fitness and Rogue Supply, we will donate the majority of the proceeds to K9s For Warriors' ongoing effort to provide service dogs to recent military veterans battling with depression and PTSD.
Shari Duval started K9s For Warriors in 2011 after her son Brett returned from Iraq with Post-Traumatic Stress Disability. Her national organization is now dedicated to helping prevent suicide among the post-9/11 veteran community by matching participants with service dogs as part of three-week, in-house programs. The vast majority of the service dogs are rescued from shelters, and they, in turn, have helped hundreds of veterans in their fights against PTSD and other forms of trauma, often with life-changing results. Rogue strongly supports these efforts, and we're pleased to do our part to contribute.
The adjustable MIL Edition Rogue Dog Collar is available in medium (11-17”) and large (15-24”) sizes. It's constructed from two-ply, heavy-duty webbing with black powder coated D-rings, making it strong enough to handle anything a tough pooch drags it through—without fraying or causing discomfort. Each collar includes a laser-etched K9s For Warriors dog tag on the front and an IAVA (Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America) tag on the back.
You buy a Rogue MIL Edition Dog Collar from Rogue. Not only does your dog look the part, but your money goes to a great cause.
Rogue takes the proceeds from every collar sold and donates it to K9s for Warriors & Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA). More than $280,000 has been donated to these causes since partnering with Rogue.
K9s for Warriors uses the money generated from the sale of the Rogue MIL Edition Dog Collar to help provide canines to veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and/or military trauma as a result of military service post 9/11.
