The quality of the equipment and service is unmatched. I'm anything but gentle durring my workouts and attack every exercise. This equipment can handle it no problem. I purchased quite a few items (rack, Echo bike, Reverse Hyper, and other). The equipment is fantastic and easy to assemble. I recommend to anyone looking at the equipment to not think twice. My only regret is that I didn't buy from Rogue sooner and wasted my time with other brands.

After waiting for the R3 shorty to be back in stock I pulled the trigger on this rack with an incline bench, Ohio bar and bumper plates and am I ever glad I did!!! All the equipment is SOLID and lives up to expectations. Thanks Rogue!!!

The squat rack was very easy to assemble, even a monkey can assemble it! Quality is top notch, ideal for people who are looking to outfit their home gym, or commercial facility.

When I first saw it in person, I thought that it would be too shallow to hold weight on the front of the rack. I was proven wrong. I don’t have it anchored into my garage floor yet but it is pretty stable as is.

I've had the R3 shorty for a little over a year. Let's be honest, if you need a short rack, this is really your only decent option. And while it has a few downsides, it's a heck of a great rack. It's 2x3 posts, not 3x3 so it takes infinity series accessories, not monster lite series. That means no new accessories are getting released. So membership in the Rogue cool kids club, but not the trending instagram sensational add-ons. Oh, how will you survive? The rack has a few flaws. While there are 3 holes in each foot to bolt it down, 1 is blocked by a cross member. That said, with 2 giant bolts per foot this rack hasnt moved at all. It's sturdy as they come and tough as nails. The J cups have a small spot where you can bump your barbell on metal, and the pipe safety system can mark up your barbell too. The J cup thing doesnt bother me, and I put pipe insulation on the pipe safeties. I just lift. I do bench, squat, rack pulls, pull ups, band work and overhead press with the rack. For overhead press I use J cups outside the rack. If you want to constantly buy accessories for fun, but need a short rack keep hoping for Rogue to release a short monster lite. If you want to have a dang good rack and work on building simple (not easy) strength, this rack is great. I'm the kind of guy who marks my j cups and safety spots in gray sharpie on the rack, and treat it like a tool. It's tough. If you want to keep everything brand new forever you might not like it. If you're more interested in working your junk off to get stronger or move better than you are appearances this is probably the right rack. If I move and had more height I might try a different rack. But, this one does exactly what I need. It keeps me safe while I lift. It fits in my lower ceiling garage, and I can still raise the door. I wish I had bought it sooner, because the quality is awesome.

This is a solid no frills rack and is everything I have always wanted for my home gym. The west side spacing has helped me dial my bench setup just right and I also recommend an additional set of band pegs. The rack shipped via freight on a pallet and everything arrived perfect. I hope rogue continues to make attachments for this rack even though the monster lite probably sells more. They should support their gear since not everybody wants a 3x3" rack

Awesome! Super sturdy and works great. My only complaint is the bottom cross bar covers one of the bolts on each leg. So I could only use 2 bolts to secure it to the concrete
