Excellent quality, but it's just too big, 15" diameter, large, which is what you offer for one my size. I'm 5'10", 160lbs. I got a medium (13" diameter) from another company, and use it everyday.

The Best!
I bought the hip circle a few weeks ago and it is a game changer when using for squats, lateral squat walks and hip thrusters. The hip circle is challenging but the results you get in your legs and glutes is worth pushing through the resistance.

Usually a fan
Hip circle 2.0 has a hard stop/stretch limit that comes way before the limit of the older models. The new material does have the benefit of increased resistance however the stretch limit makes it hard if you want to warmup your squat. I’m 6’0 195lbs and the Large 2.0 stops just short of shoulder width on me. This was not an issue for me with the original or grippy versions of the hip circle. Still a fan of the product but prefer the older models.

Excellent accessory
I bought this because I needed some glute work and the tiny rubber bands wouldn’t stay and didn’t provide enough resistance. This band stays out, is very comfortable, and provides a lot of resistance. It’s been a great purchase.

Good warmup but limits squat width
As a warmup product and hip activation piece this is a 5 star product, only thing I noticed is it limits the width of squats. I use mine to warm up then switch to a band to squat so I don't hit the limit of this.
