Rogue Door Strap

Designed, cut, sewn, and tested here in Columbus, OH, the Rogue Door Strap gives athletes a simple, portable solution for dynamic mobility work and stretching exercises. Whether you set it up in the garage, the living room, or your office, all you need is a solid door that closes firmly and you're good to go.

The strap itself is made from a double zig-zag stitched, black nylon webbing, and measures wide and 10" long. One end of the strap is connected to a heavy-duty, black steel carabiner (American-made), while the other features a sewn together from seven layers of black webbing. For set-up, simply toss the anchor point over the top of a door and close it to keep the strap secure, then attach any existing resistance bands to the carabiner and get to work. The strap won’t damage the door or chip its paint, and it’s durable enough to sustain most of the same exercises you’d perform with your mobility bands in the gym.

Solid door strap
These door straps are well made and worth the price of entry. I do think they need to be modified to support lower to floor (like bottom of the door) for more flexibility. Well made, and worth it!

Worth it
The only reason I bought this was to not completely lose my gains when I’m traveling. I use this in hotel rooms and Air Bnb rooms and works wonderfully with all the monster bands!

It works!
For a small device it works very well. The door I use it on opens in the opposite direction of how I pull it. I don't know if a door that opens in the same direction you're pulling would be as secure. I weigh 113 lbs, and once it's attached, it doesn't move. It's great because you can adjust the level on the door from the top to all the way down the side of the door. It's a little awkward to put it on the side of door, but I'm able to place it fairly easily. It was a excellent purchase and recommended by my trainer.

Exercise at home made 1000% better!
I bought this door strap along with some of the Echo Bands, and I absolutely love this door strap. It allows me to add resistance to simple exercises literally anywhere in my home. It’s incredibly convenient to be able to adjust the height of my anchor point by simple opening my door and moving the door strap. Also, the heavy carabiner is cleverly adjusted so the spring loaded latch opens diagonally, allowing for thick bands to clear the clip better. Now all I need is a door ankle strap!!

I put it on some of my fragile doors
It holds up well and I feel somewhat confident that the product won’t come shooting at me. The product itself is excellent in regards to craftsmanship but the doors I’m using aren’t the most durable but it all looks to be holding up well. I just got it so this feeling will most likely die down with time. I’m glad I made the purchase. I am using this with the resistance bands and it has been doing the job so far.

Be Careful
The description clearly states to secure this to a door that firmly closes. I would add the following warning: I would not use this on the side of the door that opens in the direction you are pulling. I was using this with the Rogue Resistance Bands. On the first use, the door opened unexpectedly. Under tension from the bands, the Door Strap came shooting at me - fortunately, I wasn't hurt worse. If pulling towards your face, this could easily cause significant damage. Only use this on the side of the door that pulls the door closed. I think I will remove the carabiner and replace it with something with less weight/mass in case it pulls out again.

I recommend
I had this in my cart and then I took it out. Last minute I thought that it would come in handy. This feels very sturdy and I’ve used it for arm and leg workouts. I was worried with the type of door in the picture being pretty heavy duty that my doors at home would cave in or something silly. Mind I only have the orange, red and blue (the lightest bands). I would recommend it to people who work out at home or travel a lot.
