Great book for those looking for a deeper dive
Great book for those looking to get a deeper dive into conjugate. If you have no experience in the method then this book is a little rambling and disconcerting and I would do some research into more basic conjugate templates online first. However if you have dabbled in conjugate, this book will really help you layout the specifics behind speed work percentages, how to wave them and how to circa max. Also nice details how to implent extra workouts and target weak point. Like much of Louie's writing, dont expect a linear explanation of the method as he kind of jumps from subject to subject, but if you know the conjugate system it can help with the details of the methods.
Yes, I recommend this product

Great book!
Much helpful information. Shows how the conjugate method of training applies to the squat and deadlift. While I still prefer to train on the usual squat and DL movements as my main staple, it shows how training on the variant lifts help strengthen the main lifts. I would also recommend Starting Strength and Wendler 531.
