The Stainless Steel Women’s Bella Bar 2.0 upgrades the tensile strength of the shaft to 200,000 PSI while delivering superior oxidation resistance and a “true” feel of the knurl more akin to bare steel, as many athletes prefer. This specific model also comes standard with our proprietary matte black sleeve finish and a series of other enhanced features.
New, precision-machined bronze bushings now fit tighter around the shaft, reducing radial endfloat, while tighter tolerances around the sleeve attachment help to limit axial endfloat, all resulting in less wobble, substantial noise reduction, and a solid feel throughout the lift.
For the sleeves, our proprietary matte black finish effectively converts the surface of the steel rather than coating it; hardening the sleeve’s surface and making it more resistant to the regular action of plates being added and removed. We’ve also introduced a new low profile surface finish, and using advanced optical profilometry we ensure that the profile of each sleeve is exactly as designed.

LOW PROFILE SLEEVE DESIGN
Our matte black sleeve option uses a new, low-profile, sleeve design that makes loading and unloading plates easier than ever. The precision-machined sleeve is then treated with our proprietary matte black process, significantly enhancing its resistance to corrosion and impact. This treatment ensures that the sleeves retain their appearance for a much longer duration compared to traditional sleeve finishes.
2X QUIETER PERFORMANCE
Using precision machining, we are able to tighten the fit of the sleeve on the shaft which means a smoother spin, a more connected feeling while lifting and significant noise reduction.
How It's Made
FRICTION WELDING
The collars of the sleeves are friction welded, creating the strongest sleeves in the industry. This bond is as strong as if machined from a single piece of steel, while saving on waste and cost.

RUST RESISTANCE
The resistance of a barbell to oxidation depends on the type of steel and the coating. Barbells at the lower end of the spectrum will require more care and maintenance to preserve their appearance than barbells at the upper end of the spectrum.
BARBELL DURABILITY
The F Scale™ is a durability scale for barbells based on functional testing at stresses similar to what barbells experience when being dropped from overhead. F SCALE™ APPLICATION
How a barbell is used will affect its durable lifespan and it's a key factor in determining what type of F Rating™ might be suitable for your gym's needs. This graph correlates the F Rating™ of a barbell with different types of usage in order to predict the durable lifespan. Using this data, we are able to make recommendations on what F Rating™ is appropriate for different training situations. With a rating of F8-R, the Bella Bar is rated to last 12 years in a high volume CrossFit gym and will outlast a lifetime of lifting in an Olympic Weightlifting gym, a home gym or a Powerlifting gym.

TENSILE STRENGTH
Expressed in PSI, tensile strength measures the maximum weight a barbell can support before deforming. The 200K tensile strength falls within the optimal range of not bending under normal use, yet not been inflated to the point that it will shorten the life of the bar.
BARBELL KNURLING EXPLAINED
Our signature knurl, designed for multi-purpose use, provides a firm grip without being abrasive. This falls in the middle of the road on the knurl scale, striking a balance without being overly aggressive or passive.

Upgraded Strength
The shaft of the Stainless Steel Bella Bar has a tensile strength of 200,000 PSI (higher than the Black Zinc, E-Coat, and Cerakote models) and the best corrosion resistance of any barbell finish we offer. The steel sourced for these bars is manufactured in the USA and has proven to be one of the optimal steel variants for a multi-purpose barbell. Stainless steel is also particularly well suited to having its fatigue life increased by our Rogue Work Hardening (RWH) process, producing an excellent F-Scale durability rating of F8-R.
"True" Feel of Stainless Steel
With no plating, the knurl on the Stainless Steel Bella Bar is left exactly how we machined it, providing a great feel that cannot be achieved with most finishes. It’s similar to the knurl feel from a bare steel shaft, but with better corrosion resistance. The combination of a stainless steel shaft and matte black sleeves also creates a sharp look with few equals.
Please Note: Rogue recommends using a synthetic bristle brush, NOT a steel brush, to clean a stainless steel shaft. Steel brushes can contaminate stainless steel causing rusting over time. See more tips here: Bar Care and Maintenance.
Built for Multi-Purpose Performance
The 15KG, 25mm Women’s Bella Bar 2.0 offers a slightly condensed size from standard men’s bars without sacrificing any of the performance elements. Every bar shaft is machined in Columbus, Ohio with carefully refined knurling for a firm but non-abrasive grip. The friction-welded sleeves and quality bronze bushings help produce an ideal combination of the consistent spin needed for Oly lifts and stability required for heavy powerlifting.
New Stricter Tolerances
Every connection in the Stainless / Black Bella Bar also has tightened tolerances measuring in the thousandths of an inch. Using advanced optical profilometry as well as custom electronic gauging, we can produce a multipurpose bar that consistently meets our exacting standards. This applies to the knurl and the sleeve profile, as well as the features in the shaft and sleeves that enable a perfect fit during assembly. The result is less axial and radial float of the sleeves (i.e. enhanced stability), significant noise reduction, and a more solid feel throughout the lift.
Proprietary Sleeve Finish
The sleeves of the Stainless / Black Bella Bar are finished in a new process that transforms the surface of the steel rather than coating it. This proprietary matte black finish greatly improves the sleeves’ corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and abrasion resistance. Additionally, the coloring extends below the surface of the steel. Therefore, unlike sleeves treated with surface coatings, these sleeves will maintain their beautiful matte black appearance after extended use.
