Rogue Floor Glute

The Rogue Floor Glute is a compact alternative to traditional GHD machines—giving athletes a convenient way to perform glute ham raises in any type of training space. This laser-cut-steel floor apparatus creates just a 62" x 24" footprint, and its adjustable foot pads can be set at six different height options for easy customization.

The design of the Rogue Floor Glute is optimized for a GHR - Glute Ham Raise, a bodyweight hamstring movement that concentrates on knee flexion. When made a regular part of a training regimen, these GHR exercises can help increase squat and deadlift strength as well as a runner’s power and speed off the blocks. The movement itself doesn't put any high compressive forces on the spine, and its effects may reduce the chance of suffering of serious ACL injuries down the road.

The Rogue Floor Glute is manufactured in the USA with US steel and includes a set of wheels for convenient portability.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well even for tall skinny runner. Takes up less space than anticipated and can easily be wheeled around out of the way

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Piece of Equipment!! I live in a small apartment so I needed a GHD with a small footprint that can be easily moved around. I was a little nervous about paying this much for a mini GHD. But this thing is perfect! And well worth the investment. It is challenging at first. It's a GHD after all. Start with lower reps and soon enough you will be cranking them out and getting results. Me and my son have been using it for 2 years (he is a high school wrestler) and we both have seen big gains in overall leg strength since we added this to our routine. An added bonus is your squat and dead lift numbers will improve.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Much harder than a regular GHD. Solid construction, easy to put together. Really difficult at first! Have noticed carryover to squat and deadlift. Easy to move around. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great GHD This GHD is far more challenging than your normal ones. Everything assembled easily and it's built like a tank. Padding is great, no discomfort when performing GH curls. Our gym is small so the mobility of it is also a huge plus.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Assembly issues Only 3 out 4 bolts that secure pad to frame fit. Assembly kit was also missing parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great but more advanced I have been using this for about a year now. I also own another GHD and have found some differences. I'm not sure why, but this GHD is actually much more difficult than a standard one. Maybe it has to do with how it positions the knee and foot in terms of leverage. I see this as an advantage because it's making me work harder than a traditional style GHD. As far as the build quality, it's typical Rogue in its construction=built like a tank (look at how much it weighs). If you have any concerns about the pad being too thin, don't: the quality of foam used is very high and you will not experience any pain from bottoming out with your knees or compressing the foam down. I also like the compactness of it since I'm limited on space. Overall, I'm satisfied with it.
