I purchased the Mobility Star after my physical therapist used something similar to scrape the fascia down my forearms after years of Kettlebell work finally wore me out. I now use the Star after each workout and it has saved my forearms. Its the most valuable tool I own. I bought 2.

I researched so many videos about scrapping and decided I needed to give it a try. Did not want to spend to much money on a product that I did not know would help me but wanted a quality product. Trying to find a third item to purchase form Rogue for their "3 items free shipping" promotion. I was so glad I found this new recovery tool. I have found so many knots that my foam rollers can not seem to break up. Highly recommend this Mobility Star and scarp away those knots.

Purchased at the recommendation of both a fellow coach and my physical therapist and can honestly say I waited too long to get one. Works well for IASTM and working out trouble spots in my forearms and upper arms caused by CrossFit and strongman training.
