Designed Specifically for Hip Thrusts

As an increasingly popular lower body strength training exercise, the hip thrust has been proven effective for developing the glutes (as well as the hamstrings and quads) with far less loading on the spine than traditional barbell squats. This also makes it an excellent option for rehabilitation work. In the movement, the barbell is placed across the hips as the athlete sits on the floor. With each upward thrust of the hips, the shoulders also elevate and level out, which is where the Monster Lite Hip Thruster Bench comes in—providing leverage and padded protection through each rep.

Easy Set-Up in Monster Lite Rack/Rig

Compatible exclusively with the 43” space of Rogue Monster Lite units, this version of the Hip Thruster Bench offers space efficiency and convenience for any size gym, as the attachment ships fully assembled, with simple installation and takedown as you move through a regimen. The bench features formed channels on each end that can be secured to the uprights using the provided pair of 5/8" detent pins.

Quality Rogue Construction

Each Hip Thruster Bench is manufactured in the USA using a 2x 4" 11-gauge steel tube welded to 5/16" thick formed end plates with a MG Black powdercoat finish. Around the tube is a U-shaped, vinyl-covered pad that measures 2.25" thick on the top and 1.5" thick on the sides—protecting the back from contact with any hard steel surfaces as you train. The pad is 41” long in total and 7” deep. The entire HTB attachment weighs in at approx. 32 LBS.

Not great
First time being disappointed with a Rogue product. It doesn’t work well on my monster lite rack and one side doesn’t appear to be bent properly so I can’t get the detent pin to go all the way through.

What da problem is?
Not understanding the issues with this bench. Opened the Box. Placed on the Monster Lite rack. Put the pins in. Fit like a glove. I imagine if your unit is not square there would be figment issues. NOT Rouge’s problem. Ideal for more than advertised exercises.
Yes, I recommend this product

Pay Attention to Your Rack
I should have paid attention to my rack, but this item should also carry a note that it is not a good match for the wall folding rack (yes it's monster lite), or we need more holes drilled. You can see in the photo that this only works in one pin position. Obviously can't go higher unless I grow another foot, and if lower it will hit the support arm. Don't be dumb like me, but Rogue, at the same time, if only someone of an exact height can use this on a folding rack, it's not really compatible.

Day 1 - Fits great, looks promising
I was super apprehensive about ordering this given some less-than-stellar reviews below on the thing even fitting on the rack in a usable fashion, but after receiving mine today I went straight to my rack and got it installed in less than 30 seconds and wanted to report back on my experience. Perhaps they added additional clearance within the arms that wrap around the rack bars as there is some excess room on either side. However I think that aids in getting it installed easily. The pins also fit fine with no issue. I do not plan on keeping this installed permanently; I plan on adding it and removing it quite frequently and I see no reason why I cannot do so quite easily. I haven't used it yet but it looks quite robust and I imagine it will hold up well. My only concerns were whether the thing would fit and I could add/remove it from my rack as needed. My concerns are allayed on that front.

We're sorry for any issues you may be having with your Hip Thruster Bench. While this will need installed above or below your wall mounted crossmembers, this should still work.

Hard to install but rock solid
I got this to add on to my old S3 squat stand with the half rack conversion kit. I had to loosen the bolts on the squat stand and beat it with a rubber mallet to get it to fit. I haven’t removed it since but i would not purchase it if you don’t plan to leave it in place. It doesn’t move though! Very solid.
