Designed Specifically for Hip Thrusts

As an increasingly popular lower body strength training exercise, the hip thrust has been proven effective for developing the glutes (as well as the hamstrings and quads) with far less loading on the spine than traditional barbell squats. This also makes it an excellent option for rehabilitation work. In the movement, the barbell is placed across the hips as the athlete sits on the floor. With each upward thrust of the hips, the shoulders also elevate and level out, which is where the Monster Lite Hip Thruster Bench comes in—providing leverage and padded protection through each rep.

Quality Rogue Construction

Each Hip Thruster Bench is manufactured in the USA using a 2x 4" 11-gauge steel tube welded to 5/16" thick formed end plates with a MG Black powdercoat finish. Around the tube is a U-shaped, vinyl-covered pad that measures 2.25" thick on the top and 1.5" thick on the sides—protecting the back from contact with any hard steel surfaces as you train. The pad is 41” long in total and 7” deep. The entire HTB attachment weighs in at approx. 32 LBS.

Good piece of lit, pain in the butt to instal
A great piece of kit that is handy and better than using a bench. Stable once installed on my SML-2 rack. Only complaint is that it is a pain in the butt to install. I was hoping it would improve as it gets broken in but no such luck.

Better Options for Less Out there
This might be the worst-designed attachment for any rouge product. It sits far too high in an SML rack for good setup and hip thruster positioning, it's cumbersome and difficult to set up and it's overbuilt/overpriced for what it is.

The bench is extremely difficult to get on and off
I bought this a few years ago. It was difficult when we first installed in. Very hard to get on and off. We took really good care of it as we moved, but now it's nearly impossible to get on. Any suggestions would be much appreciated to change the review.

Great Product!!
I want to start off by saying I left a 3 star review a few weeks ago based on the fact the bench was a tight fit and seemed a bit off. Will with Rogue was quick to email and let me k ow they would send us a new bench to try. A+++ for customer service. Upon receiving new bench it had the same problem, OR so I thought. Upon further review, I discovered the original install of the RML-3 rig was off by 1/4” at the bottom, making the fit tight. We unbolted from floor and reinstalled and it fit as advertised! So…. If you purchase this, MAKE SURE your rig is bolted to the floor with correct spacing. Outside bar should be 49”. Inside of bars should be 43”. Anything, even 1/4”, will leave you frustrated. After watching several reviews this product can be utilized for hip thrusters, Bulgarian splits, DB pull overs and preacher curls. I’m sure there is more that I haven’t found yet. Great job Rogue!

Hip thrusts pad
I’ve had this for a few of my workouts now and am not as happy as I thought I would be for it. It’s either to high or two low with the monster lite squat rack. The bolts that hold the rack together get in the way of it’s successful operation. In the picture I you can see that it’s either the low hole I’m pointing at or the other one up high. I don’t want to drill so I’m just going to use a bench instead of the pad.

Difficult assembly
Why does Rogue utilize the pin-swivel assembly system that they use for the j-cups or the adjustable pull-up bar for the uprights? This could make this bench assembly easy and take 30sec vs virtually impossible when you're by yourself (at least me).
