Subtle way to keep area neat
Unusual usage: appears my floor is slightly uneven. The bar slowly rolls to me between barbell rows and dead lift sets. I use a pair of pins to stop the roll. Sure, anything on the floor would work: old shoes, small weights, couple of sleeping cats, etc. The pins just look nicer and I just leave them.

Options!
These and bands allow a ton of exercises at home. I can imitate a cable stack without sacrificing the space.

Not best for light bands
I bought these band pegs for use with the lighter weight bands (green and under), which is the basis of my “No” for recommending. I suspect they work better with the wider heavy bands. The problem I have encountered is at the bottom of lifts: when all the tension is gone, the bands move on the pegs. I’ve not had them slip off the pegs entirely, but only because I was aware of them sliding down. Now I just loop the bands through the orange handle/loop pins that I don’t use with my spotter arms and that works much better. The band pegs would be for exercises where the bands are under constant tension.

Good addition
These work great to keep my excess ring slack out of the way. Also great for bands on the base so I can do back extensions off the bar. I’m sure I’ll find other great uses.

Some times it's the little things that mean a lot
I use these band pegs at least 3 workout days every week, sometimes more. They may not be a dazzling piece of equipment, but they sure work well for their intended purpose and help me in my home gym. They are strong enough for the heaviest bands available. The zinc plating is holding up very well and should last a long time. I'm glad that I went with these instead of some other brand.
