Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0

Version 3.0 of the Rogue Adjustable Bench features an upgraded 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame, an expanded range of incline and seat positions, and an efficient bolt-together design* that enables a flat $45 parcel shipping cost—far less than past models. This uniquely robust, retractable unit also now includes a built-in upright storage stand, with rubber padding at the base to protect your flooring and ensure stability.

Adaptable to any size athlete and any type of bench training, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 comes equipped with 10 back pad positions (from 0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat settings (0, 15, and 30 degrees). There is a very small 1” gap between the seat pad and the back pad, allowing athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench. Premium rubber feet are included standard, and our new adjustment arm design is contained more efficiently within the unit to allow for quicker and easier changes from athlete to athlete, workout to workout.

There are 2 Versions of the Adjustable Bench 3.0 to choose from:

  • Standard: Includes texture black powder coated steel adjustment rails, standard bench wheels for portability, and your choice of 3 different medium gloss frame finishes: MG Black, MG Rogue Red, or MG Bright Blue.
  • Stainless: Upgraded version includes brushed Stainless Steel rails and premium rubber wheels. Available in MG Black, MG Rogue Red, or MG Bright Blue frame finishes.

  • Both versions come with black hardware.

*Important: The Adjustable Bench 3.0 is a bolt-together unit and ships disassembled. It will require the following tools (not included) for proper assembly:

Key Features of the Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0

  • 1More Settings, Easier Adjustments

The Rogue Adjustable Bench 3.0 allows for 30 different potential custom configurations, with 10 incline positions (0 to 85 degrees) and 3 seat positions (0, 15, and 30 degrees). The improved adjustment arm is also easier to operate, enabling quick transitions of the unit between different athletes and different workouts.

  • 2Quality Rogue Construction

Every bench is manufactured in the USA using 3x3” 11-gauge steel in a bolt-together design (some assembly required), with a textured black powder coat finish, laser-cut Rogue branding, and a set of upgraded custom rubber feet for floor protection. This unit is noticeably more robust and smoother in operation than past models, maintaining a rock-solid foundation at any setting. The comfortable, supportive padding measures 11” in width x 52” in length.

  • 32 Versions and Multiple Colorways

Using the options menu in the purchase area, customers can choose from either the Standard 3.0 Bench (texture black powder coat adjustment plates + standard bench wheels) or the Upgraded 3.0 Bench (brushed stainless steel plates and premium rubber wheels). Each version is available in three different medium gloss frame finishes: Black, Rogue Red, or Bright Blue.

  • 4Portability and Storage

Along with a convenient set of wheels and a pull-handle for easy mobility, the collapsible Adjustable Bench 3.0 can also now be stored in an upright position, with no need of an add-on bracket. When folded into this position, the unit sits on rubber pads, adding stability and protecting your gym floor.

  • 5Minimal Pad Gap

The gap between the seat pad and the back pad is limited to roughly 1 inch, enabling athletes to program their functional presses and arm movements through a full range of inclines without dealing with the discomfort of a disjointed bench.

  • 6Fast Rogue Shipping

With its bolt-together design, the Adjustable Bench 3.0 now ships in three boxes at a greatly reduced flat rate of $45 in the lower 48 States. Some assembly of the unit will be required, using the following tools:

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Bench Just got it in and have already got about a weeks worth of workouts on it. I absolutely love it. It's incredibly stable, the padding is great, the vinyl is grippy, and it adjusts like it should. Also it stands up without additional pieces and it looks fantastic. Assembly was a breeze but you'll likely need a 2nd person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome bench I just got my bench yesterday. Quite simple to put together…I think there was a total of 10 nuts and bolts with easy instructions to read. Once put together this bench feels like it’s predecesor, like a tank! Absolutely no wobble to it with so many more options for adjustments. The built in stand is clutch for storing vertically especially for those with limited space. The handle is still plastic but it’s thicker than the 2.0 so it feels more comfortable. As of right now there are no negatives about this bench, but if I’m being honest I don’t think I’ll run into any. Very happy with my purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid bench, great price, happy with my purchase! Here are my honest first impressions of the newly released Adjustable Bench 3.0! It just arrived after a month of waiting! I ordered it on release day and I’m happy to finally have it in my gym. It arrived in 3 boxes (see pictures). Be very careful when opening the long box without black plastic straps around it, the bench pads are in it! If you're using a blade to open the boxes, be careful so you don't accidentally cut into the pad. I assembled it using an impact driver with a socket bit, which I would highly recommend keeping on hand. There were a lot of nuts and bolts to tighten, and they’d take a while tightening by hand. There were also a lot of pieces of foam included in the boxes to protect all of the components. Some of them seem like they may be useful for small DIY projects or equipment in a home gym. What I like about the bench: (1) it’s heavy-duty with a good weight capacity, (2) the color scheme is awesome and vibrant in person; (3) it’s competition height and seems to be comfortable from initial testing; (4) it doesn’t wobble; (5) there’s no gap between the seat pad; (6) the seat is more than long/tall enough to support my head and shoulders when in the incline position (I'm 6'1"); and (7) I didn't have to pay freight shipping for it! As of now my only "complaints" are that the instructions weren’t stapled together and the plastic handle on the front of the bench doesn’t seem to be very high quality (there's a gap and the screws won't tighten completely). One item I noted is that bolt sheaths are plastic, which I assume is for reducing noise. I'm just wondering if the plastic will wear over time and may require replacing. Even if it does, it's a very cheap part to replace. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I was looking at buying an incline bench from another company due to the cost and inconveniences related to freight shipping. Even though this bench is still slightly more expensive than the other options, the new shipping method bridged the price gap making the choice a no-brainer. I'm also more confident in the bench knowing that it was made in the USA. I'm going to get a ton of use out of it. Thanks for the new bench, Rogue!
