Product Description

Along with our dedicated stand-alone Rogue T-Bar Row Machine, we’ve developed and built the Indy T-Bar Row as a new cost-effective system for the same type of training, offering comparable stability and functionality at half the overall footprint (36” x 24.3” vs. 76” x 39.75”).

This elevated, inclined platform is manufactured in the USA and includes a 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame with formed-and-welded gussets and a pair of 7-gauge diamond-tread footplates. When used in combination with any standard barbell + a rack-mounted Monster or Monster Lite Landmine, the platform becomes a fully-functional independent T-Bar Row station, with built-in notches that securely hold the bar and keep the sleeves above the floor for easy loading and unloading of plates.

Rogue Indy T-Bar Row

Once the athlete has loaded their desired weight on the elevated bar, they can establish their proper foot placement on the footplates (which are set at a fixed incline angle of 4 degrees), get into a squat position, then perform rows either by holding the barbell itself, or by using one of our designated Landmine Handles.

All platforms feature an MG Black frame finish and a texture black footplate finish for added grip. We’ve  included 1” laser-cut holes for band work and additional holes for bolting the unit to the floor (optional). For customers looking for additional maneuverability with the stand, a compatible bolt-on wheel kit is also available to add to your order in the purchase area.

Important: The Landmine used with this stand MUST be attached to a rack that is also bolted to the floor or wall.

A Vital Movement, Made Easier

The T-Bar Row movement is often associated with the lat muscles in the back, but its benefits go much further, working the entire posterior chain as well as the biceps. The only limitation tends to be equipment required, as dedicated T-Bar Row machines (if they’re well made) are heavy, bulky, and take up plenty of real estate. Rogue’s Indy T-Bar Row station helps solve this problem by offering a format that’s still built to the demands of experienced athletes, but occupies roughly half the floor space of stand-alone units. All you need with the elevated platform is a standard barbell and a rack-mounted Monster or Monster Lite Landmine .

Important: The Landmine used with this stand MUST be attached to a rack that is also bolted to the floor or wall.

Quality Rogue Construction

Every Indy T-Bar Row platform is manufactured in the USA and includes a 3x3” 11-gauge steel frame (same as our power racks) with formed and welded gussets on both the footplates and internal structural plates. The frame is raked at a 7.5-degree angle side-to-side, and a 4-degree angle front-to-back, rising from 11.4” in height to 12.75”. This provides a wide base and lowers the frame’s center of gravity, greatly increasing stability. The 7-gauge diamond-tread footplates measure 10.25” x 19.5” and have a texture black powdercoat finish for extra grip.

Benefits of Elevated T-Bar Rows

While similar movements like bent over rows can be performed off the floor, there are advantages to using an elevated and inclined platform like this one. For one, the machine’s design and the orientation of the footplates help put you in a proper position from the outset. The elevated stance further allows the athlete to perform rows at a deficit, increasing the range of motion of the movement, while the 4-degree incline creates better leverage over the weight.

Safety and Versatility

The over-built 83LB platform is not only as stable as most stand-alone T-Bar Row units, but also equipped with additional features to protect the user’s equipment and open up expanded functionality. The plastic bar-resting notch keeps the barbell protected from any steel-on-steel contact and ensures any added plates are slightly elevated off the ground for easier loading/unloading. The platform includes 1” laser-cut holes for band work and additional holes in the base for optional floor mounting. The athlete can use either the barbell or Landmine Handles while training, and a set of optional bolt-on wheels is available for gym owners looking for easier portability.

Nice piece, but…..
Well constructed but needs to be bolted to the floor. I was hoping to use this for both t-bar row exercises while also allowing me to move it out of the way for landmine floor exercises. However, if you load more than 3 plates on the bar, it tipped forward. So, now I have to bolt it down which means I can’t use my landmine for other exercises.

Great. But uneven
I love it except the legs seems uneven. I have to use a change plate under one to make it not wobble. Anyone else had this issue??

Outstanding product!
I really like using the Indy T-bar row. It’s big and beefy but a way better deal than a full machine. Also, I prefer it to lat pull downs because it seems to work more back muscles with lighter weight.

Over built, expensive, and real nice to use.
I have a well equipped home gym with a good amount of Rogue products. The Indy T-Bar Row is one of those products. Assembling the Indy T-Bar Row was easy and straight forward. It is a big piece and heavy so the wheel assembly is nice for moving it. Rogue has a disclaimer that the Indy T-bar row must be used with a landmine that Is affixed to the floor, or attached to a rack that is affixed to the floor. They do not provide a reason for this, so I'm guessing it's due to some liability concern. However, I use a bar with a "Bar Bomb" attached that's placed against the wall and it works great. It's safe and secure. Doing rows with the Indy T-Bar row feels good. You're immediately in the right position for rowing. The weights are easy to load and the handle on the bar ( if you use one) is easy to grab. I have found nothing negative about the Indy T-Bar Row. To be fair, it is costly and will take up some room in your home gym. Other then that, It's well built and makes rowing efficient and fun. If your looking for a machine to do T-bar rows, but are limited on space this is a good option. It is cheaper than buying a T-bar rowing machine as well.

Built Like a Tank
Assembly was a breeze, it even takes the stupid out of the equation with alignment tabs built in so it’s assembled correctly the first time… I love the small touches like that. Bill, You and your folks killed it with this piece, not to mention the packaging was like one of those Russian nesting dolls pulling out box inside another box! The Stand is built like a small Tank; The Wheel Kit is a necessity if you plan to move it around and does that job with ease; The stability, grip, and depth in Range of Motion for both Tbar Rows, Dumbbell Goblet squats etc is outstanding. This piece alone has found so many added uses to add more versatility in my home gym outside of it’s intended initial purpose.
