Very happy with it. Very sturdy. Perfect for chin ups, pull ups. Can’t wait to add on pulley systems and landmine apparatus. Customer service excellent esp during COVID.

I bought this rack eight years ago when I was new to lifting and first building out a home garage gym. It has been an amazing rack and is a perfect entry point. It seems borderline indestructible. I would say it might be worth considering the small increase in price to get the Rogue RML-390BT if purchasing your first rack. It is the same rack for the most part, except it is bolted together instead of welded. This allows for easier expansion of the rack. Overall, either is a great choice for a first rack though, you really can’t go wrong with any Rogue rack.

I like the Monster lite series more that monster, not as bulky yet still stable, I’ve had the R3 rack in the past which is also great, but the RML-3 is that perfect balance of saving space and incredible stablilty. Also the shipping was much quicker than expected, i saw it would take around 10-14 days and was delivered within 4 days.

I bought this 3 years ago during COVID when everyone was building a garage gym. I've used it 3-4 times a week since and overall am relatively pleased. It's 3"x3" which is nice and has westside spacing. It's Rogue overbuilt quality and will last a lifetime. However, if I were to do it all over again, I would have chosen a different rack and I will explain why. Benefits: It's got a smaller footprint than the "full-sized" racks so it's great in a tight space. The powder coating is high quality so as long as you keep your space dehumidified, it won't rust. I've got a climate controlled garage gym and thankfully don't really worry about rust. It's solid as long as you bolt it into the floor. The problems with this rack: -The crossmembers are welded and have no holes on top or bottom. This really limits what attachments you can use for this rack. The most annoying feature in my opinion. Why did they do this? -There are 3 holes to secure this into concrete on each foot, but because the crossmembers are welded, it is impossible to get to one bolt on each foot. So you can only put 2 bolts in every foot which makes this slightly less stable. Why on earth did they overlook this? -It isn't compatible with the Monster Lite Slinger, full stop. They aren't very clear on this but I confirmed with customer service. What a huge bummer. -No numbers on the holes. Really? How expensive would it have been to put numbers on the spaces? -The pin safeties are terrible. I don't really understand why they are so loose or what the point is having a huge sleeve over a small pin. Again, if I were to do it all over again, I would've gotten a different rack with bolted cross members. Maybe this works for your space but keep all these things in mind when deciding. I really wish Rogue had much more detailed descriptions of what accessories were compatible with which rack.

There isn't much to say besides that the RML-3 is a solid rack. Shipped without any major blemishes and assembles easy. The standard 3x3 means that there's no way to mix up the dimensions.

I've been using this thing 6weeks now. Had to bolt to platform since floor wasn't an option. Still feels Solid on platform. Was surprised at the tubing thickness the westside holes spacing. Helps to dail in the safety pins for failed attempts. Love it and would recommend.

My husband and I just set up our new RML3 and it’s absolutely beautiful! Well done Rogue! We are not bolting it down but it is very sturdy and we are not too worried about it tipping over (my husband is 6 ‘4). So excited to start using it!
