Great customer servixeGot the rml390bt but with 30" crossmember depth instead of 24". Kind of in between the 390 and 490 size, perfect for my garage, ordered with the concrete anchor kit which took about 20 minutes with a hammer drill and impact gun. Rack is solid, haven't been able to get a real workout in off of it yet but used the Echo GHD mount off the side today and it's great. There is slight lateral sway at the top of the uprights, Rogue any way of getting rid of that? Stabilizer or single pull-up bar across the back would kill it maybe? Overall awesome rack fair price, finally an American company getting back to roots of good product and great customer service, no more gym membership dues!

Solid rack... go with the extra depth! This is a great rack and is rock solid when bolted in... I ended up getting an extra crossmember for the back to aid in stability and moved the pullup bar towards the front, based on other reviews. 30"+ inside depth is essential IMO and well worth the upgrade if you have the space

Great rack. Outstanding quality!Love this rack. Will be bolting it to the concrete floor this week. Outstanding customer service. I initially ordered the rack with the fat / skinny bar, and then decided to add the multigrip crossmember. They could have just let me purchase it separately. I got an email the same day stating that they could save me some money by just getting the crossmember and not getting the fat/skinny bar. That was great! Thanks Rogue!

Nice rack but westside spacing disappointingRight from the packaging the quality is there, its well fabricated with everything square and no welding distortion of mounting plates. From other reviews about the lack of numbering of holes, just get some stick on decals - job sorted.
The westside spacing though was a disappointment for me, it just doesn't run high enough up. With a 17.5" bench I'm way out of the 1 inch spacing zone with the j cups and im only 5'11". The only benefit I get from the narrower spacing is for the safety pins. Very annoying when advertised as having 1 inch through the bench zone.
