Product Description

With the exclusive Froning Edition RML-4100C Power Rack, the Rogue team set out to create the ultimate, tailor-made CrossFit rack—featuring all of the unique elements preferred by the four-time CrossFit Games champion himself, Rich Froning, Jr.

The latest model of the RML-4100C shares the same primary Westside-inspired design as our standard RML-490C Color Rack 3.0 (3x3” 11-gauge steel, 5/8" SAE grade hardware, stabilizing back nameplate), but ups the ante with taller 100” uprights (ft. the Froning R* logo), a bare steel single pull-up bar for the best grip on high-rep workouts, and a denim-black-matte powder coat finish unlike anything else in the industry.

The 365 LB unit ships with black zinc hardware and band pegs, a pair of M-Lite J-cups, and a complete 43” Monster Lite Strap Safety Set included standard with each order. All uprights feature Westside hole spacing (1” through bench and clean pull zone, 2” spacing above and below) and precision numbering, and the crossmembers have been updated in the 3.0 style, making them compatible with our plate-loaded or band-resistance Slinger units. Like all of our Monster Lite racks, the Froning Edition can also be equipped with a wide range of other add-ons and accessories for easy customization and expansion.

Best lite rack
Best lite rack, the extra height is a must. I really like have the west side spacing go all the way down to the bottom so the spotter arms fit on any hole below bench press unlike our other rogue squat rack. Easy and quick to setup, shipping was quick and packed well, no chance of damage.

Best deal in Monster Lite line
It's a great rack. Best deal on a Monster Lite rack of this size if you want strap safeties anyways. Also includes rogue nameplate crossmember and band pegs. Comes out much cheaper than RML-490 with those extras. 100" height is nice for pullups if your ceiling is tall enough. Also for ability to OHP inside the rack. The Froning logos on the uprights are stickers, easily removed if you don't want them. Install was easy except for one step- getting the heavy nameplate up 100" and bolting it on with uprights standing was a challenge. If you get a stabilizer be aware it comes in textured black finish, so it's not an exact match- it's not noticeable though.

Absolute tank.Love it.Best value of any Rogue rack
I've had this for roughly two months and I absolutely love it. It's a tank and by FAR the best value of any Rogue rack. Comes with many upgrades that frankly, Rogue being a premium brand, shouldn't even be putting on their racks - they're just penny pinching. Eg. this comes with safety straps instead of the useless pin and pipe safeties. No additional cost for numbering. No additional cost for the Rogue branded crossmember brace in the upper back corner (even though they hide it in the stock photo on when viewing cages, it shows up on the product page once you click. It is FAR better value than the 490C or 390C (unless you want to pick some dumb colour and pay for numbering and safety straps). Has 43" depth which means I can squat off the back and use the safety supports to bench off the front. I switched out that useless froning pull up bar (which will rust) for a solid 43" beam. My only complaint (and this goes for all cages) again is about the penny pinching - 1' sandwich j cups should be the standard instead of the garbage standard j cups which have no underside or topside incline plastic protection. Also have the adjustable 3.0 bench, monster utility 2.0 flat bench with the thompson fat pad and 750 lbs of bumper plates. Love it all, just minor suggestions for upgrades above. Stop nickel and dimiing your customers. You want to be known for premium products, do it, drop the base junk accessories and stop penny pinching to make customer pay more, stuff costs enough as it is.

Switched out froning pull up bar for fat bar powder coated (low maintenance) bar, put it in the middle. Switched out subpar standard jcups for 1" sandwich. Added two 12" pin stroage plates bars on the bottom left. Love it all.
Later switched out the flat bench and plates. Check next picture.

Great rack for tall people
Been using this rack for about 6 months now. I'm 6'4" tall. I needed a rack with a pullup bar high enough for me. This is the ticket. Very well-made and sturdy when bolted to the garage floor. Make sure you clean off the pullup bar every now and then as it is raw steel and will start to develop surface rust and pitting if you don't. I love the feel of it so it's worth the extra maintenance. With a little chalk, your hands grip it better than any pullup bar I have ever used without tearing your palm. Easy to assemble and shipping was solid. Very happy with my purchase.

Awesome 100” rack!
I was ordering a 100” monster rack thinking the monster lite’s were all only 90”, but then I found this! It’s simply awesome. I’m 5’8” and can log press inside the rack. I’d say someone 6’ could easily barbell press inside it. And the chin bar is nice and high even for taller folks. The paint is fine. Now, I’m probably in the minority, but I dont get wrapped around the axle when my rack’s paint scuffs. There is not a paint that withstands metal on metal contact (that’s why bearings are a thing). I know in the monster series everything is plastic lined but that’s not what the monster lite line is about. I use bare steel bars and iron plates and things make noise and take on a “patina” with use. I love it!

LOVE IT.
Received this April 2021 after a while on the 'notify list' and it was worth the wait. Assembled immediately and it was fairly simple and quick. Spent more time cutting boxes down than actual assembly. Have been lifting for a few days with it and was a complete game-changer for my garage gym. So glad I bought this. It completed my setup. I may never need to go to another gym ever again with this.
