The R-3 offers superior durability and versatility, but it’s also the most compact member of the R-Series, with a 24” inside depth and an overall footprint of just 53” x 34”. This makes the unit equally well suited to a collegiate / pro training facility or a home / garage gym. A 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar, along with sets of Infinity J-Cups, Pin/Pipe Safeties, and Band Pegs, are included with the package. You can make multiple custom additions to your order using the choices from the drop down menu on this page.
Important: This rack must be bolted to the floor before use.

KEY FEATURES OF THE R-3 RACK
Heavy Gauge American Steel and Hardware
The R-3 is built in Columbus, Ohio, using 2x3" 11 Steel Gauge uprights with 5/8" diameter, laser-cut holes and heavy-duty hardware. The unit is compatible with a wide assortment of Rogue Infinity Series attachments and accessories.
Small Footprint
As the most compact member of the Infinity Series, the R-3 fits easily into most home gyms and garage gyms, or into a tight corner of a larger training facility. The standard construction stands 7’6” tall with an inside depth of 24” and a total footprint of just 53” x 34”. Customers can also select an alternative 7-foot tall “Shorty” version of the R-3 Rack from the order menu.
Fit, Finish & Warranty
Every weld at Rogue is inspected individually at each step of the process for integrity and appearance. Each laser cut is inspected. Every part is again individually inspected for finish after the powder coat process. The entire package receives a final comprehensive quality assurance check before it’s shipped. Once it’s yours, the R-3 is guaranteed by Rogue for Life.
Compatible with Infinity Products
Owners of the R-3 Rack can customize their system with the addition of a wide range of compatible tools and accessories. Along with adding a bar, bench, or plates to your order, you can expand the power rack itself with the inclusion of a Rogue Matador, Vertical Bar Hanger, and Multi-Grip Crossmember.

Even without custom additions, the standard Rogue R-3 Rack comes with all of the hardware and basic accessories necessary to have a pro-caliber power rack at your disposal. This includes all necessary 5/8” bolts and fasteners; a 43” Fat/Skinny Pull-Up Bar (with 1.25” and 2” diameter bars), (2) Infinity J-Cups, (2) Pin/Pipe Safeties, and (4) Band Pegs.
