Rogue RML-490C Power Rack is rated out of 5 by 20.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hammerhandle from Strong and Simple I finally pulled the trigger when this rack hit the market because it is the first one I've seen that allows me to mount the upper crossmembers a few inches lower. None of the other racks had a chance of fitting properly in my basement while still giving me enough headroom while unracking the weight. I will be able to use this rack forever, pass it on to my kids, and they will probably be able to pass it on to their kids. The build quality surpassed my expectations, and the orange finish looks phenomenal. After working with this rack for a bit over a month I feel that this is the last rack I will ever need to buy, and I look forward to getting more accessories for it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by dpnaugle from Better than you Think! I decided in December to remodel my garage. Garage Gym 2018. Major undertaking of 200+ hrs solo. The crowning center piece of course could be no other than the RML-490C. I struggled with the color be never wavered in choosing the 490. Got free shipping b/c I went all in Rouge and could not be happier. This thing is a beast. It's solid, and the envy of all that lay eyes on it. If you are considering a rack, consider this one. 43" inside the cage is exactly what I wanted. Goodbye gym membership. I have no criticism, I give a full-throated endorsement. The team at Rouge is on to something. Made in the USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Zak3956 from Rogue RML-490C I bought the Black/Red RML-490C released for black friday. This power rack totally met and exceeded my expectations. It is solid as a rock. I strongly feel It is totally worth the investment and some. Other heavy duty power racks are pretty much about the same price or a couple of hundred dollars less, but the quality does not compare and it is beyond worth spending a little more for Rogue quality. Not to mention their customer service is exceptional. Thank you Rogue for upgrading my multi-grip hardware to the black zinc hardware. It looks awesome from head to toe!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Scratch 1 from Everything I expected It arrived a couple of weeks ago in about a dozen boxes. It was easy to assemble but I would recommend you have a second person around as it does get heavy. I built a platform from various plans I found on the internet and bolted the rack to the platform, not to concrete floor in my garage. Seems to be more than stable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the poor job of packing the pieces. It arrived with several large scratches because the packages broke open. See the attached photos. Other than that, an outstanding piece of equipment. Probably more than I'll ever need but exactly what I wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ssantos from Absolutely awesome !! Just the squat rack to complete my home gym thinking that it was going to be sturdy and good-looking it far far exceeded all my expectations. Small issue with UPS that was NOT Rogues fault. I have had bad experiences with UPS and where other companies have made me deal with UPS like a middleman Road fix the problem immediately. Customer for life thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by DrJPat from SOLID! I bought this rack a little over two months ago and got the red. Its a solid rack. I bought the stabilizer bar because I didn't want to bolt it to the floor of my chiropractic office but it is not needed. Even without the stabilizer bar the rack doesn't move or wiggle. It sits in the corner of the room. I knew the rack wasnt quite tall enough for me to do pullups without touching the floor so I added the multigrip crossmember and it added just the amount of height I needed. The only complaints I have are minor and do not change my thoughts about the rack from 5 stars. First, when my boxes arrived they looked like that had been through a war zone. The ends of the boxes were torn and open to where the uprights of my rack were showing and I immediately could tell paint was missing from each leg. There is no padding in with these 90" heavy metal uprights, they are just put in a boxes in pairs. Thats a lot of weight for a UPS guy to carry. I watched the guy drag them from the truck into my office. So this happened at every place from ohio to nebraska. When i contacted rogue the customer service was amazing as always. Showed them the pictures of the boxed and told them packing needs to be better and they said they would immediately send me new uprights and pack them better. Slight problem... packing was the same and the new boxes were actually in worse shape than the original. Rogue being rogue made it right with me and I just picked the 4 least damaged. Customer service is top notch. The next slight drawback is the custom ordered color paint just seems softer. Easier to scratch and ding but once again this is minor. I dont know anyone else that has a rogue rack so I cant say if all colors are this way or not. I got the rack to use. Damage will occur. None of this has changed my opinion at all. This is a great rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by D J P from Love my Rogue I have had racks before , but nothing compares to my RML - 490 C Solid build , beautiful color ( I bought the bright blue) Welds are amazing , paint finish is impeccable , easy to assemble 3” x 3” construction makes it a tank I bought a stabilizer as I did not want to anchor in floor and this thing doesnt move The only thing I should tell buyers who get the risers cut is I got mine cut to 82” to accommodate low ceilings and the upper cross bar at the back with the rogue logo is only bolted down with one set of bolts and not two as the holes didnt match up Also the pullup bar had to be bolted to the horizontal crossmembers as the bolt holes didnt match But this issue is due to my low ceilings and not a rogue issue This rack is a masterpiece!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by joeoperatingengineer from Great rack, poorly designed safety arms. This product would survive a nuclear holocaust. However, the safety arms are poorly designed. They are annoying to move from spot to spot because someone obviously didnt spend anytime thinking how terrible it would be during a work out to move them. I am probably going to ordering the belt style safety arms and I hope they are much less annoying to work with.
